DIRFT Logistics 2 has outline planning consent for 1.945 million sq ft of distribution (B8) and manufacturing (B2) floorspace the vast majority of which benefits from dedicated rail connection.
In addition to the location, communications and modal flexibility, the park offers individually designed rail-connected buildings from 4,645 sq m (50,000 sq ft) to 92,900 sq m (1,000,000 sq ft).
The developer's ability to provide a range of funding packages enables occupiers to secure buildings on a leasehold or freehold basis.
