The general design principles governing the scheme will follow the example of the DIRFT Logistics Park and will be summarised in Development Design Guidelines which will be formulated with the Local Planning Authority. This key document will govern the parameters within which the scheme can be developed and enable detailed applications to be dealt with speedily and efficiently, thereby offering a high degree of certainty for planning related issues.
