The 133 acre, DIRFT Logistics 2, now forms a phased expansion of the Logistics Park on land located to the immediate west of the existing complex. The site already enjoys excellent existing road connections to the M1 and A5 Trunk Road and the distribution and manufacturing units proposed will benefit from direct rail linkage to the West Coast Main Line via the existing International Railport.

DIRFT Logistics 2 has outline planning consent for 1.945 million sq ft of distribution (B8) and manufacturing (B2) floorspace. The vast majority of this will benefit from dedicated rail connection.

In addition to the location, communications and modal flexibility, the park offers individually designed rail-connected buildings from 4,645 sq m (50,000 sq ft) to 92,900 sq m (1,000,000 sq ft).

The developer's ability to provide a range of funding packages enables occupiers to secure buildings on a leasehold or freehold basis.
